Le Social Selling va me permettre de recueillir des signaux faibles laissés sur la toile par mes interlocuteurs pour me donner l'occasion de les contacter avec des éléments de langage et des sujets de conversations centrés sur leurs besoins. Du cold calling intelligent.

La question reste de savoir s'il faut absolument avoir une page entreprise sur LinkedIn ou s'il ne vaut pas mieux s'appuyer sur ses collaborateurs pour avoir une présence vraiment utile sur LinkedIn.

 

Avoir une page entreprise ne suffit pas. Il faut communiquer pour la faire connaitre. C'est en "doublon" avec le travail pour faire connaitre son site.

Nouvelle interface LinkedIn : des évolutions majeures pour le social selling

Quelques mois après son rachat par Microsoft, LinkedIn déploie progressivement auprès de ses utilisateurs sa nouvelle interface bureau. Certains d’entre vous y accèdent déjà ; pour les autres, ce sera dans les prochaines semaines.

Au-delà des changements cosmétiques qui en font une interface au design plus épuré et à l’ergonomie plus agréable, la disparition de nombreuses fonctionnalités constitue plutôt une mauvaise nouvelle pour tous ceux, et ils sont nombreux, qui utilisent la version gratuite pour faire de la prospection commerciale avec la démarche du social selling.

En effet, dans cette nouvelle interface, LinkedIn retire de nombreuses fonctionnalités, auparavant gratuites, pour pousser les utilisateurs les plus actifs vers la version payante Sales Navigator.

TRES TRES TRES intéressant article. Oui j'insiste. Car même moi je dis (disais maintenant) que le parcours de l'acheteur se passait à 70% (ici plutôt 57%) en dehors de tout contact avec un vendeur. Et bien c'est faux. Ou ce n'est pas aussi clivant que ça. Nous sommes davantage dans les montagnes russes d'un parcours d'achat plutôt que un avant/apres.

Et vous perdez une occasion de vous créer une carte d'identité professionnelle digitale cohérente avec qui vous êtes dans la vraie vie, propre à crédibiliser votre job, l'expertise dont vous vous revendiquez.
