Si les appareils mobiles nous permettent d'accéder à une foule d'informations et de communiquer plus facilement, ils peuvent aussi avoir un impact négatif sur notre travail. En apprenant à moins nous laisser distraire et à améliorer notre gestion du temps, nous pourrons nous plonger plus profondément dans notre réflexion et gagner en productivité.

La plupart des réseaux sociaux ont été conçus spécifiquement pour fragmenter votre temps. Ils vous récompensent, un peu comme une machine à sous, avec des « choses qui brillent », comme des j’aime, des cœurs, des retweets, des commentaires et autres éléments positifs en échange de votre temps. Très vite, vous passez votre temps à consulter les informations et notifications, et votre journée devient une suite d’interruptions.
